• The customer must make sure that the postal address provided is correct. In case the package gets returned because the postal address provided was not correct, the customer must pay the shipping fee again to start the shipment process.

• Orders are processed between 3-5 working days (not including weekends or holidays).

• Once the package is delivered, IKAREM is not responsible for mishaps that occur during the shipment of the package. In this case, you must contact the corresponding agency.

• You will receive the tracking number of your package by email.

• All sales are final. No exchanges, no refunds. This is because they are personal use accessories.

• The packaging process is done very carefully so that you receive the right accessory in perfect condition.

• However, in case the accessories in the package that you receive do not match your order or in case the accessories reach you broken or damaged, you must contact me within no more than 3 days of receiving the package. Your situation will be evaluated to provide you with the best service.

• If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so before 24 hours after you have placed your order to avoid the shipping costs.
